Elaboration using mechanical processes of the oil via cold pressing, enabling to obtain a stable, high quality oil. This Extra Virgin Olive Oil stands out for its high intensity fruitiness, with a similar degree of intensity in both green as well as ripe nuances at its optimum ripeness, which is reminiscent of fruits such as tomatoes or almonds. On the palate this extra olive oil is sweet at first, with a delicate and subtle bitterness, together with a slightly spicy finish, both in perfect balance, very harmonious. Its tasting notes are of an intense fruitiness, mild bitterness and a subtle spiciness.
